Lovely vintage sweater, from the early 2000s, by Issey Miyake HaaT Heart. Red cashmere, turtleneck silhouette. Removable rosette and ruffle neckpiece, as well as a removable large asymmetrical ruffle scarf that has a cutout so it can be worn on the neck (as shown), around the sleeve, or with an entirely different outfit all together. This item has handwritten a sample tag inside.
